These regulations apply to all events.

Procedure – A food preparation plan must be submitted to the campus sanitarian two weeks in advance of the event for approval. Criteria for approval include the following:

  • event title, date, start and end times and location
  • menu
  • who is preparing the food
  • how the food Party Casino free Spins code be prepared

  • where/how Party Casino free Spins code it be stored until served
  • where/how it Party Casino free Spins code be served and by whom
  • how it Party Casino free Spins code be cleaned up

The campus sanitarian Party Casino free Spins code review the food preparation plan and determine if it meets the provisions of the Kansas Food Code. Raffles as Fundraisers

In Kansas, a raffle is considered a lottery and thus a form of illegal gambling under K.S.A. 21-6403 if it is “an enterprise wherein for a consideration the participants are given an opportunity to win a prize, the award of which is determined by chance.” (State-run lotteries and tribal gaming are exempted.)

All three of these elements must be present to make a raffle an illegal lottery.

(1) consideration (usually meaning payment)

(2) a prize

(3) chance or luck

RSOs should obtain preapproval through the college before holding a raffle to ensure that no form of illegal gambling is conducted.
